As head of Cirrus Financial Communications, Justin also serves as the dedicated external Investor Relations Officer for each Cirrus client. Justin joined Cirrus (then AMS) in 2005 as a brand manager and quickly assumed the directorship of the group. In July 2008 he completed a management buyout of the business, creating a dynamic independent investor relations consultancy. Since 2005 Justin has successfully represented and/or marketed 20 public companies and 15 private firms.

Prior to joining AMS, Justin was the National Park Service's first business management consultant. He created financial turnaround plans for 18 national parks, including crown jewels Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountain, Glacier and Denali.

Justin began his marketing career as a consumer marketing manager for ServiceMagic.com, helping grow the business to the eventual point of acquisition by IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI). Justin was formerly a program director for a major private foundation and remains actively involved with Denver-area nonprofits.

Justin graduated in 2004 from the University of Virginia (Darden) with an M.B.A., Marketing Emphasis, and earned a B.A. in Economics in 1998 from Vanderbilt University.

Jeff joined Cirrus in 2008 to lead its business development efforts, with additional focus on corporate marketing.

Prior to joining Cirrus, Jeff was the regional sales and marketing manager for Comcast’s (NASDAQ: CMCSA) Colorado market. He developed indirect sales channels for both the residential and commercial business and created partnerships with over 35 cable and communications associates. Jeff grew profits in alternate sales channels by 240%, and the sales tracking tool on which he collaborated won Comcast’s national “Trailblazer” of the year award.

Jeff’s professional career began with US West Communications, where he was a process manager in the business controls group. Over the next six years Jeff was a Qwest training and curriculum manager, project managed Qwest’s engineering and pre-construction operations for over 200 single-family new build developments in North Denver, and created over 45 cooperative marketing agreements with residential builders and national apartment complexes in the consumer sales channel.

Jeff graduated in 1999 from Arkansas State University with a B.A. in Business Administration, where he earned a full scholarship and was a four-year letterman on the baseball team.

Alexis is the engine behind Cirrus, managing its operations and providing critical support to its management and business development teams. Joining Cirrus in 2008, Alexis oversees all technical systems, portfolio clients’ marketing campaigns and the ongoing development of the Cirrus investor marketing database. With a formally trained design eye, Alexis is also vital to the continued evolution of both Cirrus and client brand identities.

Prior to joining Cirrus, Alexis worked with a Denver-based IT business and consulting firm where she managed the daily operations of the sales and marketing department. She served as project manager for various Web 2.0 initiatives and developed organizational best practices. Additionally, she has supported a national sales team through CRM database management and the implementation of specialized marketing campaigns.

Alexis graduated in 2003 from Emerson College, Boston with a B.A. in Visual and Media Arts. Alexis has also spent many years working with the performing arts community managing large scale private events and theatre productions.

Originally from California, Alexis takes full advantage of the Colorado outdoors. She is an avid rock climber and snowboarder in her spare time. When she is not climbing rocks or sliding down mountains, Alexis can be found on the dance floor Swing Dancing up a storm.

Phil joined Cirrus in 2009 to head up the market intelligence department and to provide Cirrus clients with high-touch traditional investor relations services.

He has over 10 years of Investor Relations and Wall Street experience with firms that have included Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.

In his role with Cirrus, Phil provides best-in-class counsel, communications strategies, and capital markets advisory to both public and private companies. Phil conducts all retail broker and analyst outreach, and utilizes his extensive rolodex of relationships to plan and execute all deal and non-deal road shows.

Phil holds a B.A. in Political Science from Kent State University and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ.
